Synopsis: [From Lubin promotional materials] An actor decides to move. Actors always move. They never pay rent. The landlady asks for the rent in advance. The actor promises the rent. That is all the rent the landlady will get. After the landlady has gone the actor unpacks his trunks, consisting of a little hand satchel in which there is a sausage and a loaf of bread. After having par taken of his frugal meal, he begins to recite, and the boarders come, one after another, to complain. . . . bate actor continues his recitations, not withstanding the protests of his fellow boarders. At last the boarders take the actor by the legs and throw him out of the window. The actor is still looking for a new boarding house.
