The Colonial Theatre was a neighborhood theatre in northeast Portland and was alternately known as Hudson’s Colonial Theatre.

Portland’s street numbering changed in 1933.

The Colonial Theatre continued operation until 1973 when the building was converted to the Albina Church of God.
