The Elsinore Theatre was a first-run house. Erected primarily as a cinema venue, the theatre also presented vaudeville shows.

The theatre’s original pipe organ was removed in 1962, but was replaced by another Wurlitzer in 1994.

The theatre has been restored and continues to present silent era films in addition to its contemporary programming.
